Coverage lasts 30 days beginning when the controller is delivered. It applies to eligible functional defects and covered TechRevive workmanship or components supplied and installed for this unit. It does not cover disclosed cosmetic wear, normal wear, accidental or liquid damage, misuse, damage after delivery, or failures caused by disassembly, modification, or outside repair. The same controller must be returned in substantially the condition and configuration received, with all included components and accessories. Contact us for authorization before shipping. For a preference return, the customer is generally responsible for return shipping; different terms apply when TechRevive sent the wrong item or the outbound shipment was damaged.
