THE QUARANTINE PROTOCOL: HOW TO MAIL IN YOUR GEAR

Sending us your controller is simple, secure, and fully tracked. Choose how you want to quarantine your gear when you check out.

STEP 1: SECURE YOUR MUTATION (ORDER and PREP)
Once you select your performance bundle and complete checkout, you will receive a confirmation email with your unique Lab Order Number. During checkout, you will choose how your controller gets to us: using your own packaging, or upgrading to our hassle-free Containment Box.

STEP 2: QUARANTINE and SHIP (CHOOSE YOUR METHOD)

• Option A: The Containment Box Kit (Recommended)
  Skip the post office line. We will mail you an empty shipping box, premium bubble wrap, and a pre-printed return shipping label. Just pack your controller, slap the label on the box, and drop it off at your local post office.
• Option B: Self-Quarantine (Use Your Own Box)
  Prefer to ship it yourself? Wrap your controller securely in bubble wrap and place it in a sturdy shipping box. Write your Lab Order Number clearly on the outside of the package and ship it to our Michigan lab using your preferred carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx).
• (Important for both methods: Send the controller only. Keep your charging cables, grips, and retail boxes).

STEP 3: ENTER THE LAB (UPGRADE and DIAGNOSTICS)
As soon as your gear hits our workbench, the resurrection begins. Our technicians will open the shell, thoroughly clean the internals, and install your high-performance parts. Before it leaves the bench, every controller goes through a rigorous diagnostic and calibration test to ensure absolute precision and zero stick drift.

STEP 4: DEPLOYMENT (RAPID RETURN)
We don't keep you out of the lobby for long. Within 3-5 business days of your controller arriving at our lab, the build is complete. We pack your newly upgraded gear securely and ship it back to you. You will receive an automated email with your return tracking number so you know exactly when to expect your drop.
