If an upgrade supplied and installed by TechRevive fails within 30 days of delivery, contact us. We will inspect the controller and correct a covered installation or component issue at no additional service cost.

Coverage does not include unrelated controller failures, accidental or liquid damage, misuse, normal wear, or a controller opened or modified after service.
WHEN COVERAGE BEGINS
The 30 day coverage period begins when the upgraded controller is delivered.

WHICH UPGRADES ARE BEST FOR COMPETITIVE PLAY
Mouse-click triggers reduce trigger travel, while rear inputs keep important controls available without moving your thumbs from the sticks. Joystick upgrades add wear-resistant hardware and smooth tracking. A performance bundle combines complementary upgrades.
WILL JOYSTICK UPGRADES ELIMINATE STICK DRIFT
Hall Effect and TMR modules eliminate the potentiometer wear that causes many common cases of stick drift. Drift can also be caused by other physical or electronic problems, so every controller is calibrated where applicable and tested after installation.
CAN I COMBINE MULTIPLE UPGRADES
Yes. You can select individual upgrades or choose a performance bundle that combines complementary upgrades for a complete setup.
WHICH CONTROLLERS CAN BE UPGRADED
Hall Effect, TMR, mouse-click, and rear-input upgrades are available for supported PS5 DualSense, Xbox Series, and Nintendo Switch Pro controllers. PS5 rear-input builds use paddles, while Xbox Series and Nintendo Switch Pro builds use rear buttons. Review the configurator or contact TechRevive if you are unsure about your controller model.
WHEN DOES THE UPGRADE TURNAROUND BEGIN
Bench turnaround begins after the controller arrives. Shipping time is additional, and complex installations, controller damage, or parts availability can extend the service window.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY CONTROLLER CANNOT BE UPGRADED
If TechRevive determines that the selected upgrades cannot be completed because of severe physical damage, liquid damage, or another disqualifying condition, $25 of the amount paid is retained as a nonrefundable diagnostic bench fee. The remaining amount for work that was not completed is refunded, and the controller is returned with tracking.
