Order Processing

All orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Orders placed after business hours will be processed the next business day
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays.


Shipping Carriers

We ship orders using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

Carrier selection may vary depending on the order and destination.


Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the item

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been shipped, TechRevive LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your package shows as delivered but cannot be located:

  • Please contact the shipping carrier directly
  • You may also contact us, and we will assist in filing a claim if possible

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Photos of the packaging
  • Photos of the damaged item

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Mail-In Service Shipping (Repair & Modification Kits)

For mail-in repair or modification services, TechRevive LLC provides a shipping kit to simplify the process.

What We Provide:

  • A shipping box
  • Protective bubble wrap
  • A prepaid return shipping label

Customer Responsibilities:

  • Securely package your device using the materials provided
  • Ensure the correct device is sent
  • Drop off the package with the designated carrier

Failure to properly package the device may result in damage during transit, which TechRevive LLC is not responsible for.

Important:

  • We are not responsible for items lost or damaged if the provided instructions are not followed
  • Only send the items requested (no extra accessories unless instructed)

Return Shipping (Completed Services)

Once your repair or modification is complete:

  • Your device will be shipped back using a trackable shipping method
  • Tracking information will be provided upon shipment

International Shipping

We currently do not ship internationally.


Delays

TechRevive LLC is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control.
