Returns & Exchanges Policy

Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in the same condition you received it
- The item must not be physically damaged, modified, or tampered with
- All original parts, accessories, and packaging must be included
- Proof of purchase is required
All returns are inspected and verified before approval. We record identifying details (such as serial numbers and internal markings) to prevent part-swapping and fraud.
Returns that show signs of use beyond normal testing, part-swapping, or damage may be denied or subject to a partial refund/restocking fee (up to 50%).
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom or personalized controller builds
- Items sold “as-is” or listed as defective/for parts
- Products with missing parts or altered internal components
- Products damaged due to misuse, drops, liquid exposure, or unauthorized repairs
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are:
- Defective upon arrival, or
- Not functioning as described
Issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery. We may require photos or video proof and will attempt troubleshooting before approving an exchange.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- You’ll be notified of approval or rejection
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
We reserve the right to issue partial refunds for items returned in used, damaged, or incomplete condition.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.
Shipping Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The item arrived damaged
- The wrong item was sent
Returned items must be securely packaged. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
Warranty / Function Guarantee
TechRevive LLC offers a 90-day warranty covering functional issues not caused by user damage.
This warranty does not cover:
- Physical damage (drops, cracks, etc.)
- Liquid damage
- Stick drift or wear caused by normal use over time
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Cosmetic wear
Warranty claims may require troubleshooting and proof of issue before repair or replacement is approved.
Fraud Prevention
We take fraud seriously. Any attempts at part-swapping, false claims, or abuse of our return policy will result in denial of refund and may be reported.
