This website is operated by TechRevive LLC. By accessing our site and/or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Products & Services

TechRevive LLC specializes in the sale of refurbished and custom-modded gaming controllers, as well as repair and modification services.

All products are:

  • Tested for functionality before sale
  • Sold as described in each listing

Because many items are refurbished or modified, minor cosmetic imperfections may be present unless otherwise stated.

Orders & Payment

  • All orders must be paid in full before shipment or service
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion
  • In the event of a pricing or listing error, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund

Shipping

  • Orders are processed within three days
  • Delivery times may vary depending on carrier delays
  • TechRevive LLC is not responsible for delays once the package has been shipped

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

By purchasing from us, you agree to our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

We reserve the right to:

  • Deny returns that do not meet our policy requirements
  • Issue partial refunds for items returned in altered or damaged condition

Warranty Disclaimer

We offer a 90-day limited warranty covering functional defects not caused by user damage.

Except as stated, all products and services are provided “as is” and “as available” without additional warranties, express or implied.

Repair Services Terms

For any mail-in or in-person repair services:

  • Customers must accurately describe the issue with their device
  • Devices must not have undisclosed damage (including liquid damage or prior repair attempts)
  • We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions that worsen during repair

Diagnostic & Repair Outcomes:

  • If a device is deemed unrepairable, it will be returned as-is
  • Repair quotes may change if additional issues are discovered

Abandoned Devices:

  • Devices left unclaimed for more than 30 days after completion notice may be considered abandoned and become property of TechRevive LLC

Modification Services Terms (Mail-In)

TechRevive LLC offers custom mail-in modification services for gaming controllers.

By submitting a device for modification, you agree to the following:

Service Scope

  • Modifications are performed based on selected options
  • Not all controllers or parts are guaranteed to be compatible with every modification

Risk Acknowledgment

  • Modifying a controller involves inherent risks, including potential loss of original functionality
  • By sending in your device, you acknowledge and accept these risks

Pre-Existing Condition

  • Devices must be in fully functional condition unless otherwise disclosed
  • We are not responsible for issues related to pre-existing damage or wear

No Preference-Based Guarantees

  • Performance-based mods (e.g., trigger adjustments, stick tuning) are subjective
  • We guarantee functionality, not personal feel or preference

Custom Work & Parts

  • All modification services and installed parts are non-refundable once completed
  • Cosmetic variations may occur depending on parts used

Shipping Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for shipping devices to us
  • We are not responsible for damage or loss during inbound shipping

Warranty Impact

  • Modifications may void manufacturer warranties
  • We are not responsible for compatibility issues with third-party accessories or consoles

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By completing a purchase, you agree to contact us first at techrevive810@gmail.com to resolve any issue before initiating a chargeback.

Filing a chargeback without attempting resolution may be considered fraudulent activity if the claim is invalid.

We reserve the right to:

  • Provide evidence (including photos, serial numbers, and testing documentation) to dispute chargebacks
  • Ban customers from future purchases

Limitation of Liability

TechRevive LLC shall not be held liable for any:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of use, data, or profits

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product or service.

Arbitration Agreement

By using this website or purchasing from us, you agree that any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration, rather than in court.

  • Arbitration will take place in the state of Michigan
  • Each party will be responsible for their own legal fees
  • You waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits

User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use our products or services for unlawful purposes
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, resell as new, or misrepresent our products
  • Abuse, threaten, or harass our business or staff

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for violating these terms.
