No. Performance bundles are mail-in upgrade services for a compatible controller you already own. The listed price covers the selected upgrade package, professional installation, calibration, internal cleaning, and testing. The optional Mail-In Kit is separate.
Bench turnaround begins after your controller arrives. Use the current turnaround shown at the top of this page. Shipping time is additional, and unexpected controller damage, complex installation needs, or parts availability can extend the service window.
If inspection shows that repair work or another service outside the selected bundle is needed, TechRevive will contact you for approval before completing any additional paid work. If the controller cannot be safely upgraded because of severe physical damage, liquid damage, or another condition that makes the selected service impractical, $25 of the upfront payment is retained as a nonrefundable diagnostic bench fee and the controller is returned.
TechRevive supplied and installed upgrade components are covered for 30 days from delivery. Contact TechRevive before sending anything back so the issue can be reviewed and return instructions can be provided. Coverage exclusions apply; review the Upgrade Warranty section for complete terms.
